The Department of Foreign Affairs and Development Canada (DFATD) is seeking suppliers to pre-qualify for a procurement process to supply and deliver passenger cars, light trucks and related vehicle services to Canadian diplomatic missions and offices outside Canada. The requirement covers 170+ destinations in approximately 105 countries across six regions: Europe, Asia & the Pacific, Africa, Latin America & the Caribbean, the Middle East, and North America; supply and delivery within Canada is out of scope. This Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) is the first phase to establish Pre-Qualified Suppliers who alone may bid on any subsequent solicitations; the ITQ itself is not a solicitation for bids, will not directly award a contract, may be cancelled in whole or in part, and respondents may withdraw at any time. Documents and supporting information must be submitted in English or French.
