About

The Government of Canada is seeking suppliers for light duty vehicles through a two-stage competitive procurement to establish a National Master Standing Offer (NMSO). The first stage is a qualification process to create a qualified Offeror list; at the second stage only Offerors on that list may bid on the Request for Standing Offer (RFSO). All qualified Offerors who meet the mandatory criteria of the RFSO will be eligible to become Standing Offer holders for the supply of 2027 or newer model year light duty vehicles.
