About

Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) is seeking a supplier for 12 curated travel packages to be designed and arranged directly with SIGA prize winners based on each winner’s travel preferences and the value of the prize package; all travel packages and related documentation must be coordinated and provided through the SIGA Central Office in Saskatoon. Packages must not expire, must be in Canadian dollars, and must be transferable; they should offer worldwide destination options, accommodate a variety of winner preferences and travel types (including family vacations, couples’ trips, cruises, all‑inclusive resorts, and adventure and cultural experiences), include a dedicated travel agent for each prize winner, allow winners to review and approve arrangements prior to booking, and include a plan to assist winners with travel disruptions, cancellations or changes. SIGA will only accept bids from qualified travel agencies with a physical office in Saskatchewan and relevant experience in customized/curated travel packages; quoted pricing must be valid for 30 days, successful vendors must provide order confirmation and tracking information if required, SIGA may award to one or more vendors, and prices must be quoted in Canadian dollars as the total cost to SIGA including all shipping/freight, fees, duties, licenses, insurance and applicable taxes.
