About

The Department of National Defence is seeking a supplier for the supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, documentation and warranty support of ten (10) Mobile Treatment Centre (MTC) cap-style slide-in modules to be installed on government-owned 2024 Dodge RAM 3500 trucks to provide enhanced casualty treatment, extraction and transportation capabilities in support of Canadian Forces Health Services training, routine operations, mandated safety activities and domestic response operations across Canada. The requirement includes all associated equipment, components, installation harnesses, medical treatment accommodations, electrical and environmental systems, emergency warning equipment, documentation, training and services necessary to deliver a fully operational capability; the resulting contract will run to March 31, 2028, with an initial firm requirement for two (2) units and an option for Canada to acquire up to eight (8) additional units during the two-year contract period, and delivery and installation locations are identified in Appendix 1 to the Statement of Requirements. Offers will be evaluated on combined technical merit and price, the procurement is subject to the Interim Policy on Reciprocal Procurement, Canada reserves the right to negotiate, and documents may be submitted in either official language.
