About

The Department of National Defence (DND) is seeking a contractor to provide the facilities, instructors and equipment to conduct alpine military mobility training for up to 14 soldiers in Canada, focused on transportation types ranging from person-borne equipment such as skis to motorized equipment such as snowmobiles and motorcycles in mountainous and austere terrain during all weather conditions. Some exercises will include firing weapons on the contractor’s facilities. An amendment sets the bid submission deadline to 2027-01-14 by 2:00 P.M. EST; bids received after that time will be declared non-responsive. This Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) includes two streams: one for Indigenous Business Offerors and another for non-Indigenous Business Offerors.
