About

Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of the Canadian Coast Guard (CCG), is seeking a consultant to prepare detailed design and construction documents to replace the existing PLC-5 based control and monitoring system with modern hardware and software at the Canso Canal in Nova Scotia. This request for proposals is issued under the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Supply Arrangement (SA E0225-150564) and has been sent to the full list of firms in the Electrical discipline for Nova Scotia. Proposals must be submitted only via SAP Ariba by the date and time indicated in the RFP; the issuing office is Atlantic Region Acquisitions in Halifax, NS (services in English), and proposals may be submitted in either official language. Bidders may request a debrief within fifteen (15) working days of notification if their bid is unsuccessful.
