About

Government of Saskatchewan is seeking a supplier for the supply and installation of all labour, materials and equipment required to complete a New Program Unit at the Prince Albert Provincial Correctional Centre in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, in accordance with drawings and technical specifications prepared by JSP Engineering. Drawings and technical specifications will be made available to interested bidders who submit a request via Messages in the Government Enterprise Management (GEM) online portal after signing and submitting the Confidentiality Agreement (Appendix K); printed copies will not be provided. A pre-tender site meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. CST on Thursday, October 8, 2026. Registration in GEM is mandatory to download competition documents, receive amendments/addenda/clarifications, submit questions and submit a bid, and all procurement updates will be posted on GEM.
