About

Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED) is seeking a supplier for the supply and delivery of a Flow Metering Test Bench to be delivered in Ottawa, Ontario. Suppliers must meet the mandatory technical evaluation criteria set out in the Annex to the Request for Proposal. The contract period is from the date of award to one year after the date of acceptance, with up to four additional one-year option periods for additional services. In accordance with the Interim Policy on Reciprocal Procurement, Canadian suppliers and eligible trading partners may submit offers. Bidders may request a debriefing within 15 working days of receipt of the results; debriefings may be in writing, by telephone or in person. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers.
