Tender: Supply and Delivery of Clothing and Safety Apparel for Marine Personnel – Newfoundland and Labrador (Island)

The Government of Newfoundland and Labrador, Department of Transportation and Infrastructure, Marine Services Division is seeking a supplier for an Individual Standing Offer Agreement to supply and deliver clothing and safety apparel for approximately 350 marine personnel across the Island portion of Newfoundland and Labrador, including parkas, jackets, raingear, shirts, pants and other specified items. The contracted supplier must process each approved employee order on a separate invoice, ship to the employee's home address with a packing slip, and provide proof of delivery with signature attached to the original invoice for payment; maintain adequate stock year-round including seasonal products; deliver orders within 30 days of approved order receipt; include all sizing, returns and alterations in the bid price and complete alterations/repairs within 72 hours; operate a distribution facility on the Island portion of Newfoundland and Labrador; provide statistics on items, sizes and backorders on request; and offer timely embroidery of specific clothing items.
