Tender: Supply and Delivery of ASUS Ascent Supercomputers and Server Storage Devices for Department of National Defence (Québec)

Shared Services Canada is seeking a supplier for ASUS Ascent Supercomputers and server storage devices, or equivalent, on behalf of the Department of National Defence for delivery to a location in Québec, Québec. The procurement is intended to result in a single contract covering delivery, acceptance and warranty of the goods. The solicitation is open to Canadian suppliers and suppliers of applicable trading partners under the Policy on Reciprocal Procurement; bids must comply with all RFQ requirements, and the responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award. Bidders must submit pricing in accordance with Annex A – List of Deliverables and Pricing, documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada, Canada reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers, and bids must be submitted electronically using the Contracting Authority’s email (faxed or hard copy bids are not accepted except in exceptional circumstances).
