Tender: Alberta Sovereign Compute Environment Pre-Qualification for Secure AI, Analytics and Compute

The Province of Alberta is seeking suppliers to pre-qualify to deliver a Sovereign Compute Environment and related AI, analytics and compute capabilities to generate actionable insights for senior provincial leadership, including the DMEC, SDMO, COOC and CICC. Proponents may be pre-qualified in one or more categories: Category A – Sovereign Compute; Category B – AI Solutions; and Category C – Analytics and Analysis. Pre-qualified contractors will be eligible to respond to Statements of Work that support and advance the Sovereign Compute Environment. The environment must use domestically controlled software, AI models and platforms, and must restrict access to and interpretation of data to contractor resources physically residing in Canada and Alberta as required, holding appropriate security clearances. Contractors are expected to maintain security standards and control of access to data and other information in accordance with the Province's policies, directives and guidelines and industry standards for data and information security.
