About

Shared Services Canada is seeking suppliers to pre-qualify under the Government of Canada Cyber Security Procurement Vehicle (CSPV) by responding to this Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) to become “Qualified Respondents” eligible to bid on later solicitations issued under the procurement vehicle. This ITQ is the first gate in an agile procurement process and is not a bid solicitation; no contract will be awarded as a result of the ITQ. The national security exceptions to Canada’s trade agreements have been invoked for this procurement, excluding it from those obligations. ITQ submission deadlines are detailed in the P2P portal, with subsequent ITQ submission deadlines listed as October 5, 2026 and October 26, 2026; Canada will determine further submission intervals based on the number of Qualified Respondents. Amendment 000 applies to this ITQ.
