About

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of the Department of National Defence/Canadian Armed Forces, is seeking industry input via a Request for Information (RFI) on implementing a secure, integrated Secret‑level IT infrastructure to consolidate and reduce the number of DND/CAF Secret networks, enhance connectivity and information sharing within DND/CAF and with mission partners, and enable commanders to exercise command and control including at deployed headquarters. The RFI requests detailed feedback on operational and technical requirements, cost and schedule, industry capabilities to support Industrial Technological Benefits (ITB) in Canada, and security and clearance requirements; it is not a solicitation or commitment to award a contract, responses may be treated as commercial‑in‑confidence, and the RFI will remain open until a final Request for Proposal is issued.
