About

The RM of Clinworth No. 230 is seeking a qualified contractor to remove and replace the existing flat museum roof (former school), including full removal and disposal of current roofing materials and installation of a new truss system roof. The existing roof—treated in 2015 with 2" polyurethane foam and a high-pressure UV coating by Pro-Foam Roofing—is leaking severely and causing extensive damage. The successful bidder will provide full general contracting services, permitting, materials, construction, warranty documentation, safety compliance and complete site restoration, and must obtain required building and utility disconnection permits and work alongside the appointed Building Official to comply with the National Building Code of Canada and the Saskatchewan Fire Code. The anticipated timeline is October 19, 2026 to March 31, 2027 (flexible for weather); bids must be submitted by 8:00 a.m. on October 5, 2026.
