About

The Coordinating Entity is seeking a supplier for retail pharmacy goods and services to operate a retail pharmacy in the established space at Boundary Trails Health Centre, as invited by this Request for Quotation and described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D). The RFQ is issued by the Coordinating Entity on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B – Material Disclosures, and the proposed contract term is five (5) years with three (3) option terms of one (1) year each to be exercised at the discretion of Shared Health.
