About

Research project seeks a supplier to evaluate and improve service navigation support for seniors and their caregivers across 14 federal, provincial and territorial (FPT) jurisdictions. Component A will review the accessibility of information on support services across all FPT jurisdictions, identify common barriers, and determine which support services are most frequently requested and why information access rates are elevated. Component B will use Component A results and, in collaboration with FPT officials, select and analyse case studies to assess how seniors and caregivers learn about and access services and to develop policy recommendations to enhance awareness and access to service navigation supports.
