About

Shared Services Canada is seeking a supplier to renew Dell Toad for Oracle maintenance and support licenses on behalf of Statistics Canada in Ottawa, Ontario for a one-year term from October 27, 2026 to October 26, 2027. The solicitation is open only to Canadian suppliers and requires pricing to be submitted in accordance with Annex A – List of Deliverables and Pricing; the responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award while the Crown retains the right to negotiate. Bidders must meet the mandatory and evaluation criteria set out in the Request for Quotations, may submit documents in either official language of Canada, and are required to submit bids electronically by email due to COVID-19 impacts (faxed or hard-copy bids are not accepted except in exceptional circumstances).
