About

National Defence/Canadian Joint Forces Command/Chief of Joint Capabilities Integration is seeking a Project Leader/Executive to lead strategy and execution of large-scale digital implementation operations and organizational and behavioral implementation practices, with knowledge of CUxS capabilities, the Canadian Armed Forces mission, organizational structures, digital initiatives, personnel and culture. This requirement is intended to result in the award of one contract for the period 15 October 2026 to 14 October 2027 with an estimated 250 days of effort, is open only to Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 for category 3.3, and specifies a Top Secret security requirement for personnel (SA Holders may submit a bid without already holding the clearance).
