About

Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is seeking a supplier for the Phase One qualification process to deliver a new Cooling Plant for the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) Lethbridge Laboratory. Phase One will evaluate supplier qualifications; qualified suppliers will be invited in Phase Two to submit financial bids based on the project specifications and drawings. The work includes removal of two existing indoor water-cooled chillers, the cooling tower, condenser water pumps, and condenser water piping in the Mechanical Room, and replacement with two new outdoor air-cooled chillers installed on grade-level concrete pads plus two remote evaporators installed in the Mechanical Room. All required electrical and controls work and all chiller water piping modifications and installations necessary for the operation of the new chillers and remote evaporators are included in the scope.
