About

Elections Canada is seeking a supplier for Open Source Analyst services to support the Commissioner of Canada Elections by providing research, reports, multi-faceted analyses and other analytical products in response to investigator requests. The contract has an initial one-year term with five irrevocable one-year extension options. Security requirements include organization security clearance, a Facility Security Clearance at the SECRET level, and personnel screening at Secret. The incumbent is Cliclogic Inc. under a contract valued at $573,782.74. Eligible bidders include Canadian suppliers and suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner; proposals may be delivered sealed to the Proposal Receiving Unit, by mail, or transmitted electronically via the Canada Post Connect service, while bids sent by email or facsimile will not be accepted. Enquiries must be submitted in writing to proposal@elections.ca and directed only to the Contracting Authority.
