The Ministry is seeking a qualified vendor to provide an Online Reporting Platform that enables members of the public to self-report in-scope non-emergency incidents online for use by the Ministry and potentially other Province of Ontario Police Services (POPS). The vendor must deliver a comprehensive solution including implementation, configuration, training, and ongoing maintenance and support throughout the contract term, and the platform must serve both internal and external users with efficient and effective online reporting services.

This tender is valuable for vendors experienced in delivering end-to-end public-facing reporting platforms and providing ongoing support to government or police clients; key considerations include the requirement to provide full implementation, training and long-term maintenance, and the need to coordinate with the Ministry and potentially multiple provincial police services while supporting both internal and external users.
