About

The Ministry is seeking a supplier for dictation and transcription software that can be customized and configured for the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Civilian Data Entry (CDE) Unit and that includes training, maintenance and support. The solution must efficiently capture voice dictations from multiple remote locations, store and secure dictations and transcriptions at a central location within OPP, and provide authorized, secure access for transcribers, with information security in transit and at rest being imperative due to the highly sensitive nature of the records.
