About

The City of Regina is seeking a supplier to provide construction services, equipment, materials and associated work to upgrade the North Pumping Station chlorine system. The project will replace aging chlorine infrastructure and install a new chlorine booster system, including a chlorine building, chemical injection vault, chlorine feed and scrubber equipment, transmission main connections, and associated power and communications infrastructure to support safe and reliable water disinfection. Submissions clearly marked "COR25-00158 – North Pumping Station Chlorine System Upgrades" in the header line must be received by the City of Regina via email no later than 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on September 17, 2026. This procurement is covered by Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, and Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement. There will not be a public opening; the list of firm names who submitted a response will be posted to the Sasktenders website.
