About

City of Regina is seeking proposals from experienced companies to rehabilitate and reconstruct roads within the city under Road Renewal Project 27A. Proposals will be accepted in two separate submissions and must be received no later than 2:00:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on Tuesday, November 17, 2026 for Submission 1, and Wednesday November 18, 2026 for Submission 2. The scope includes pavement rehabilitation and road failure repairs; localized repair and reconstruction of sidewalks, curbs, gutters and landscaping; and repair and reconstruction of underground services such as domestic connections, catch basins and manholes. This procurement is covered by Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement. There will not be a public opening; the list of firm names who submitted a response will be posted to the Sasktenders website.
