About

Canoe Procurement Group of Canada, on behalf of Sourcewell (based in Staples, Minnesota) and multiple Canadian associations including SARM, is seeking suppliers for Unified Communications and Contact Center Solutions to establish regional and/or national contract solutions available to member public-sector organizations across Canada. The solicitation covers thousands of potential users across government, higher education, K‑12, not‑for‑profit, tribal government and other public agencies in all provinces and territories, and is posted under applicable Canadian trade agreements (CFTA, CETA Chapter 19, NWPTA, ATPP and others as applicable). SARM’s 296 rural municipalities are specifically included among potential users. Proposals must be submitted via the Sourcewell Procurement Portal and are due no later than September 29, 2026 at 3:30 p.m. Central Time.
