About

Public Services and Procurement Canada (Travel and Transportation Management Directorate) is seeking suppliers to establish a National Master Standing Offer for domestic and some international aircraft charter services, covering fixed‑wing aircraft with seating capacity up to fifty (50) passengers and rotary‑wing aircraft (helicopters) from bases of operations across Canada to be used “as and when requested” by Identified Users. Identified Users authorized to make call‑ups include any government department, agency or Crown corporation listed in Schedules I, I.1, II and III of the Financial Administration Act. Amendment: disregard other posted closing times — all required supporting documentation and bid submissions must be received by 18/10/2026 at 14:00 EST; bids received after 14:00 EST will be declared non‑responsive.
