Tender: Local Internet Access Services (LIAS) Supply Arrangement – Prequalification of ISPs for Shared Services Canada (National)

Shared Services Canada (SSC) is seeking Internet Service Providers to prequalify for Local Internet Access Services (LIAS) to supply federal government sites across Canada on an as-and-when requested basis for SSC, its exclusive partner organizations, mandatory clients, and other government organizations that choose to use SSC. This Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) invites ISPs to demonstrate the required experience and capacity to be qualified into Supply Arrangements that will be used to establish a list of qualified providers, standardize contracts, streamline solicitations and invoicing, formalize and consolidate legacy and contracted connections, recompete expiring contracted connections, and establish new LIAS connections. Suppliers must register and submit responses through SSC’s Procure to Pay (P2P) portal at https://sscp2pspc.ssc-spc.gc.ca; while SSC intends to award as many Supply Arrangements as possible, being issued an SA does not guarantee a contract award.
