The Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission is seeking a supplier to perform a literature review and develop a report on regulatory expectations and guidance for posting signs at boundaries and points of access to areas where radiation hazards are present, and for labelling containers and devices containing nuclear substances. A complete description of the work is provided in the Annex – Statement of Work. Offers and inquiries must be submitted by email to solicitation-demandedesoumission@cnsc-ccsn.gc.ca. No responses to questions will be provided during the period August 1, 2026 to August 31, 2026; questions received in that period will be answered after August 31, 2026. This solicitation is subject to the Policy on Reciprocal Procurement and is open only to Canadian Suppliers as defined in the solicitation.

This could be valuable for Canadian research or consulting firms that carry out literature reviews and regulatory analyses related to radiation safety; key considerations include the eligibility restriction to Canadian Suppliers under the Policy on Reciprocal Procurement and the question blackout period from August 1–31, 2026 which may affect proposal clarification timelines.
