About

NL Health Services (NLHS) is seeking suppliers to be pre-qualified to provide leased residential housing for immediate and future needs across all Health Zones through a Request for Standing Qualification (RFSQ). This RFSQ, administered by NLHS on behalf of all Health Zones, will establish a pool of qualified vendors eligible to participate in a later open call process to secure leased housing; it does not itself create a contract or other legally binding obligations. Vendor submissions will be accepted and reviewed on a biweekly basis beginning February 26, 2026, and compliant submissions will be added to the qualified suppliers pool; the RFSQ remains open until July 30, 2026, and the vendor pools created will be available until May 2027. Landlords must abide by the Residential Tenancies Act 2018 (https://www.gov.nl.ca/dgsnl/landlord-tenant/). Due to MERX platform restrictions, the RFSQ will be closed and immediately reposted on a biweekly basis to enable proposal review until the final posting.
