Tender: Jubilee Auditorium Calgary — Replace Lenel Access Control and Upgrade Security Cameras

Alberta Infrastructure is seeking a supplier to replace the existing Lenel access control system and the Synology video surveillance system at the Jubilee Auditorium in Calgary. The scope includes replacing all servers, workstations, controllers and door hardware for 90 doors (20 hardwired, 70 wireless communicating via 10 wireless access points, and 5 maglock doors to be converted to electric strikes), delivering a new access control system that integrates with intrusion alarm devices, replacing the existing 82-camera system with 66 high-resolution multi-sensor interior and exterior cameras, and adding 14 new parkade cameras which will require new cabling and network infrastructure; wherever possible existing cable and network infrastructure should be reused to reduce cost and minimize impact to auditorium operations.
