The Canadian Coast Guard is seeking a contractor for intermittent drydocking repair and refit work on the Canadian Coast Guard Ship (CCGS) Vector to be carried out in accordance with the Technical Specifications in the Statement of Work. The work must commence on 2 January 2027 and be completed by 27 February 2027. A bidders' conference will be held on 10 September 2026 at the CCGS Vector — Institute of Ocean Sciences, 9860 W Saanich Rd, Sidney, BC V8L 5T5, with a site visit onboard the vessel immediately after the conference. The sourcing strategy for this procurement is limited to suppliers in the Area of Origin of the vessel (Western Canada).

This opportunity will be most relevant to marine repair, shipyard, and refit contractors based in Western Canada with experience in vessel drydocking and refit work; key considerations include the defined 2 January–27 February 2027 work window, the bidders' conference and immediate onboard site visit on 10 September 2026, and strict adherence to the Technical Specifications in the Statement of Work.
