About

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police is seeking a supplier for the drydocking and refit of the Patrol Vessel Higgitt in accordance with the Statement of Work and technical specifications in Annex A, and to carry out unscheduled work authorized by the Contracting Authority. Work must commence January 6, 2027 and be completed April 14, 2027. By submitting a bid, bidders certify they have sufficient material and human resources allocated or available to complete the known work and absorb a reasonable amount of unscheduled work. There is an optional bidders’ conference and site visit (see Part 2 - Bidder Instructions). Sourcing is limited to suppliers in the vessel’s Area of Origin (Western Canada) in accordance with PWGSC shipbuilding, repair, refit and modernization procedures, and this procurement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement.
