Tender: Integration and Installation of PIDS, FAAS, IDS & MDS at Stony Mountain Institution – RFP

Correctional Service Canada (CSC) is seeking a supplier for critical security upgrades at Stony Mountain Institution, including integration of new and existing Perimeter Intrusion Detection Systems (PIDS) and Field Alarm and Alert Systems (FAAS) into the site’s PIDS Perimeter Security Management System (PSMS) and FAAS Interior Security Management System (ISMS), design and installation of new Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) and Motion Detection Systems (MDS), and ergonomic redevelopment or replacement of the MCCP user station. The work must ensure proper functionality and reliability of all integrated hardware, software and equipment, present system information through a touchscreen graphical user interface that integrates and manages the institution’s Electronic Security Systems, and meet or exceed manufacturer specifications, CSC specifications and applicable standards including CSC’s Electronic Security Systems (ESS) National Standards for Graphical User Interfaces (GUI). The contract includes associated professional services such as site investigation, assessment, detailed design and construction support in accordance with the Terms of Reference; late submissions will not be considered.
