About

The Public Health Agency of Canada is seeking a supplier for inspection, repair and testing services for the building steam-generating and heating systems at the Canadian Science Centre for Human and Animal Health (CSCHAH) and the JC Wilt Infectious Diseases Research Centre (JCWIDRC) in Winnipeg. This is a Task Authorization contract consisting of two firm years with three one-year option periods and is open to Canadian suppliers and suppliers from applicable trading partners. An optional site visit is scheduled for August 24, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Central Standard Time at 1015 Arlington Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba and bidders are recommended to attend; bidders wishing to participate must contact the Contracting Authority by August 14, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time to confirm attendance and provide the required information for facility access (see section 5.2, "Site Visit," page 10 of the RFP for full registration details). Late submissions will not be considered or accepted; bidders who do not attend the optional site visit will not be given an alternative appointment but may still submit a bid.
