Tender: Supply of Food and Non-Food Rations for Canadian Armed Forces Training Exercises in the USA (1 Jun 2022–1 Jun 2027)

Canadian Armed Forces is seeking a supplier to provide all required food and non-food items to feed CAF members using portable kitchens during training exercises at various locations in the United States between 1 June 2022 and 1 June 2027. Amendment: disregard any other posted closing times; all required supporting documentation and bid submissions must be received by 01 June 2027 at 14:00 EDT, and bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will be declared non-responsive. Due to security requirements at training sites, suppliers may need to be accompanied into the site or may be required to offload supplies at the site entrance when entry is not permitted; therefore the Crown prefers awarding the contract to a single supplier to limit deliveries and training disruptions. The selected supplier must be able to supply all required items on an as-and-when-required basis for the duration of the training.
