Supply Ontario is seeking a supplier to provide and manage project teams to deliver end-to-end I&IT consulting services on projects from inception to completion under a multi-vendor, enterprise Vendor of Record arrangement for six years. Services sought cover two streams with five service categories each, including application modernization consultation, application/solution development, application deployment and ongoing operations, architecture services, and legacy application consultation, enhancement and support. Vendors must supply specialized expertise to help clients plan, develop, implement, optimize and maintain technology solutions that support business objectives, modernize systems, mitigate risks and improve delivery of programs and services.
This opportunity is suited to vendors with demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end I&IT consulting across application modernization, development, deployment, architecture and legacy application support; bidders should be prepared to provide and manage full project teams across multiple service categories and commit to a six-year multi-vendor arrangement, with particular attention to coordinating work across streams and managing legacy-to-modernization transitions.
