About

The OAG is seeking a supplier to design and recommend a modernized HR competency model that aligns with the OAG's strategic direction, values and ethics, workforce needs and future operating environment. The contractor must identify competencies required for current and future business needs, provide a supporting competency architecture, consider implementation requirements, and ensure the model reflects a culturally informed approach that supports inclusion, accessibility and digital readiness. The requirement is open only to qualified supply arrangement (SA) holders under TSPS Stream 1 – Human Resources Services; 15 named SA holders have been invited to submit a bid. There are no security requirements and the initial contract period runs from the date of award to 31 March 2028.
