About

Healthcare Materials Management Services (HMMS) is seeking pre-qualified Construction General Contractors with proven experience in emergency response, maintenance, repair, bid/build tendered projects or construction management to join a Vendor of Record via the HMMS04510-2026 RFSQ. This RFSQ is the first stage of a two-stage competitive process to gather supplier capabilities and pre-qualify contractors in advance of future procurement competitions; pre-qualification does not obligate HMMS to call on any supplier nor guarantee the value or volume of work. The Qualification Period is three years with two option years, and HMMS intends to award VOR status to up to six additional qualified proponents, for a maximum VOR list size of 25 suppliers; only pre-qualified suppliers will receive further procurement notices, and where more than six proponents meet the minimum requirements they will be ranked by total evaluated score and awarded VOR status in descending order until the list is full. Projects remain subject to internal approvals, external funding and budgets.
