The Province is seeking suppliers to pre-qualify under a Pre-Qualification Request to provide managed Application Services, including application maintenance services (AMS), application development services (ADS) and associated professional and technical services, delivered through a managed service delivery approach and in accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions set out in the PQR. The Province will pre-qualify contractors across specified technical domains (Cloud, Internet of Things, Mainframe, Mobility, Data Analytics/Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Process Automation) and business domains (Education, Finance, Government, Healthcare). This PQR is not intended to pre-qualify proponents solely for contingent labour or resource-based engagements; professional and technical services will be solicited only in conjunction with and in support of AMS or ADS. Qualifying for an Application Master Services Agreement (AMSA) permits a contractor to respond to Statements of Work, each of which may result in a Supplementary Services Agreement that will be governed by the AMSA terms in place at SSA execution.
This could be ideal for firms with proven, company-level experience delivering managed application maintenance and development across the listed technical and business domains. Key considerations: suppliers cannot qualify solely as contingent labour providers, must meet the experience/size requirements referenced in Section 3.3, and should be prepared to deliver services under a managed service model and respond to Statements of Work that will form Supplementary Services Agreements governed by the AMSA terms.
