About

Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors is seeking a consultant to provide preliminary engineering, detailed design, contract tendering, contract administration, construction supervision, post-construction and warranty inspection for highway rehabilitation, grading/grade widening, granular base course, asphalt concrete pavement, intersection improvements and related works on the Elkwater Access Road (PAR 115) to 5 km north of Hwy 515, section 41:04 C1 0.000–20.000. This RFP is available only to the short‑listed proponents Progressive Engineering and Consulting Ltd. (dba CAP Engineering), ISL Engineering and Land Services Ltd., and Egis Canada Ltd.; proposals must be submitted as two separate PDF files (Part One: technical qualifications; Part Two: proposal fee), each under 10 MB. The procurement is an RFP (not an invitation to tender), no payment will be made for proposal preparation, and Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors may request clarifications, accept or reject proposals without negotiation, or negotiate changes with the successful proponent; selection will be based on best overall value and not necessarily lowest cost.
