Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors is seeking a consultant to provide preliminary engineering, detailed design, contract tendering, contract administration, construction supervision, and post-construction and warranty inspection for overlay, intersection improvement, grade widening and related work. Work is for two contracts: Contract A includes multiple overlay and intersection projects (3:08 overlay from 5 km west of Hwy 3A to Hwy 25; overlay on Hwy 25 segments; 845:04 overlay from 4 km south of Hwy 519 to Hwy 25; and associated intersection improvements), and Contract B covers 873:02 grade widening from Kinbrook Island Park (Twp Rd 173A) to the City of Brooks. This RFP is limited to the three short-listed prequalified consultants (ISL Engineering and Land Services Ltd., McElhanney Ltd., and Stantec Consulting Ltd.). Proposals must be submitted as two separate PDF files—Part One (qualification submission) and Part Two (fee proposal)—each under 10 MB. No payment will be made for proposal preparation, and selection will be based on best overall value rather than lowest cost; submissions from non-shortlisted firms will be returned without review.
