Public Services and Procurement Canada, on behalf of Fisheries and Oceans, is seeking a supplier for the demolition of existing structures and the construction of a self-supported tower on the remote Canadian Coast Guard Aid-to-Navigation site at Gull Harbour on Hecla Island in Lake Winnipeg, Manitoba, approximately 116 kilometres north of Selkirk, MB. Note that late submissions will not be considered or accepted.

This opportunity may be valuable to contractors experienced in demolition and tower construction on remote marine or island sites who can manage transport and mobilization to Hecla Island; key considerations include logistical challenges of a remote location and strict adherence to the submission deadline (late bids will be rejected).
