About

Public Works & Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of Fisheries and Oceans Canada Small Craft Harbours (DFO‑SCH), is seeking a civil engineering firm to act as prime consultant with a multi-disciplinary team to design and deliver improvements to the Small Craft Harbour at Pangnirtung, Nunavut. The required work includes replacement of floating wharves, improvements to the harbour launch ramp, and maintenance dredging of the entrance channel and mooring basin to support inshore and offshore commercial fisheries and community fish and marine mammal harvesting amid rapid environmental changes in the Arctic. Late submissions will not be considered.
