About

Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors is seeking a consultant to deliver preliminary engineering, detailed design, contract tendering, contract administration, construction supervision, post-construction and warranty inspection for works on route 771:03, including grade widening from Hwy 53 to Twp Rd 440; reconstruction/realignment from Twp Rd 440 to Twp Rd 442; and grading, base and paving from Twp Rd 442 to Hwy 611. This Request for Proposal is available only to the three short‑listed proponents identified in the tender (ROHI Engineering Ltd., ISL Engineering and Land Services Inc., WSP Canada Inc.), and proposals must be submitted in two separate PDF files—Part One (technical qualifications) and Part Two (proposal fee)—each less than 10 MB. The RFP states there is no payment for proposal preparation, selection will be based on the best overall value rather than lowest cost, and Alberta Transportation reserves the right to request clarifications, accept or reject proposals without negotiation, or negotiate changes to the successful proposal.
