About

The Government of Canada is seeking a supplier to establish and maintain supply arrangements to provide Non-Emergency Towing Services (NETS) to tow vessels as well as marine mammal carcasses and other marine impediments and debris on an as-and-when-required basis for one or more regions/sub-regions in accordance with the Statement of Requirement (Annex A). All required supporting documentation and bid submissions must be submitted by March 31, 2029 at 14:00 EST; bids received after 14:00 EST will be declared non-responsive.
