Parks Canada Agency is seeking a contractor to renew the exterior of the firehall at 207 Fountain Avenue in Waterton Park, Alberta (Waterton Lakes National Park) to establish a secure, weather‑resistant building envelope. The work must be performed and completed no later than November 1, 2026. Bids must follow a two‑submission procedure (refer to SI04) and will be accepted only by email to soumissionsami-bidsrpc@pc.gc.ca or by facsimile to 1-855-983-1808 (no in-person or courier submissions; maximum email size 15 megabytes; attachments required; links will not be accepted). An optional site visit is scheduled for September 8, 2026 at 1:00 PM (MDT) at the firehall; bidders must confirm attendance with the Contracting Authority by September 7, 2026 at 11:00 AM and submit the required certification to attend. The solicitation includes an Indigenous participation plan requiring provision of specific, agreed benefits for Indigenous people and Indigenous businesses in the contract area. Enquiries must be submitted in writing no later than five business days prior to solicitation closing. All work must comply with National Park Regulations and solicitation documents available through the Government of Canada tendering service; the Crown retains the right to negotiate.
