About

Provincial Fire and Life Safety Project is seeking a contractor to demolish existing sprinkler heads in the resident lounges on the main floor central area between the north and south wings, install new wet and dry fire sprinkler systems, add double check valve assemblies and backflow preventers on both the sprinkler service and domestic water service, upgrade the fire alarm system, perform firestopping, and complete associated interior finish modifications as required at Rosewood Personal Care Home and Stonewall Health Centre. Erection, maintenance and dismantling of Infection Control Preventative Measures are within the scope of work and must be performed in accordance with CSA 317.13 and regional infection control policies and procedures.
