About

Contractor needed to install fire life safety systems and carry out related repairs at three Manitoba health facilities: Dr. Gendreau Personal Care Home (Ste. Rose du Lac), Ste. Rose Health Centre (referred to in the tender as Ste. Rose General Hospital), and McCreary/Alonsa Personal Care Home and Health Centre (McCreary). Work at the sites comprises installation of a new generator, new fire water service and fire hydrant, fire pump, new fire alarm system, automatic sprinkler system, firestopping and interior finishes, with wood truss repairs specified for Dr. Gendreau and structural concrete repairs specified for the Ste. Rose site; erection, maintenance and dismantling of Infection Control Preventative Measures are required to be performed in accordance with CSA 317.13 and the regional infection control policies and procedures.
