Tender: Experiential Marketing and In‑Store Food Sampling Services — Foodland Ontario (Province-wide)

The Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Agribusiness is seeking a supplier to develop, execute and manage experiential marketing and food sampling services across Ontario for the Foodland Ontario program. The vendor will plan and deliver province-wide sampling activations and multiple waves of in-store promotions at grocery locations and a limited number of other local food retail sites such as farmers’ markets and on‑farm markets, and may support consumer events such as The Royal Winter Fair. Activities include deploying brand ambassadors to engage principal grocery shoppers about Ontario commodities and recipes, and managing ancillaries including kitting, fulfillment and shipping; all materials must be actively offered in French (translation provided by the Ministry).
