About

Canada is seeking offers from offerors to provide exercise control support to the Department of National Defence. This Request for Proposal is limited to holders of the Supply Arrangement for Collective Military Training (role playing and facilities); other offerors must first qualify for the Supply Arrangement before being given an opportunity to submit an offer. An amendment to the closing time notes that the Ariba Discovery and CanadaBuys posting closing times should be disregarded; all required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 2026-09-25 at 14:00 EDT, and any bids received after 14:00 EDT will be declared non-responsive. Canada will not extend this RFP to provide additional time for bidders to qualify for the Supply Arrangement and submit a proposal for this RFP.
